I have called northern Virginia home for more than 36 of my 72 years. If not a Virginia native, I am very much a Virginian. For the past 19 years, my mission has been to help people realize their dreams through the sale or purchase of real estate and to assist them as their goals change through the various stages in their lives.

Whether your immediate goal is the sale of a home you have outgrown, a home filled with treasured memories prior to retirement, an inherited property, or an investment property, I will strive to make you feel as though you are a member of a larger real estate “family.” On a scale of 1 to 10, I want your experience working with me to be a 20. Because my business is built on referrals, I want to serve you in such a way that you will be delighted enough to refer your friends and family to me for years to come.

Thinking of selling a townhome? You will receive the same treatment I would provide to someone selling a multi-million dollar estate. Not only will a professional photographer help me showcase the property, we will create a floorplan, a virtual tour, and a short video walk-through. Aerial photographs will be taken of the home and surrounding neighborhood to highlight any community amenities. This material will be wrapped into a dedicated website, and featured on all major real estate portals, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube so as to provide maximum exposure for your property.

    Experience

Over the past 19 years, I have helped families prosper regardless of whether the housing market was balanced, putting a premium on negotiation, or skewed so as to provide disproportionate bargaining power to buyers or sellers. I’ve helped investors thrive when buying and flipping, as well as when buying and holding properties for rental. Through life’s most difficult transitions like probate, divorce, and downsizing, I have guided clients through the process, allowing them to get on to the next chapter.

    Expertise

The National Association of Realtors recognizes me as a Seller Representative Specialist, a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, a Certified International Property Specialist, a Real Estate Negotiating Expert, an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, a Military Relocation Professional, a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, and a Green Realtor.

Through the Residential Real Estate Council I have earned its Luxury Home, Divorce Specialist, Probate Specialist, and Residential Listing Certifications. I’m a Certified Investor Agent Specialist and a member of the Luxury Home Marketing Institute.

    Excellence

As someone who looks at the housing market through the lens of a trained statistician, I am in a unique position to assist sellers in setting their listing price and buyers in deciding an offer price. Those that have given me the privilege of listing their homes over the past 19 years have on average garnered 99.5% of the agreed upon list price, regardless of market conditions.
