Nokesville, Virginia is a small community of roughly 1,400 people living in 570 homes that straddles the border of Prince William and Fauquier counties. Thirty-seven percent report having at least a bachelor’s degree. Three-quarters of residents live in owner occupied homes, 68% of which were estimated by the Census Bureau’s 2022 American Community Survey to be worth between $500,000 and $999,999. Roughly 1% were estimated to be worth $1 million or more.
