He initially managed the rental of my condo knowing my goal was to eventually sell. While I was out of state, he was able to find tenants quickly and handled all of the financials so I received the tenants rent on time every month. Dwight also ensured the property was maintained by being proactive, checking for any potential problems and took care of any unfortunate necessary repairs. Dwight would coordinate with the tenant, insurance company, condo association and contractors/service companies, etc. to resolve any issues. He always kept me informed on all the details and next steps. When the decision was made to sell my condo, Dwight provided excellent guidance and recommendations to ensure the sale would be efficient and successful. Dwight scheduled contractors to make the necessary updates to include new paint, hardwood and carpet flooring, all new appliances, granite countertops, light fixtures etc. A lot of work to be done, however, within a month from when the tenant moved out all updates were completed to be able to list the property on the market. The property was listed on a Friday, by Sunday we had three offers, had a signed contract Sunday night and a closing date 10 days later. While still being out of state, with a tight timeframe Dwight explained everything clearly and thoroughly what needed to be done to make this a painless process. Working with Dwight exceeded any of my expectations with regard to the timeframe and process of what it took to sell a home. His professionalism, expertise and knowledge tremendously helped me save money and sell my condo.
